|Recommended: NoWe move on March 28th. Since day 1 there has been a gas smell everywhere. We contact the office send a guy from maintenance and say it was nothing. The gas smell is really heavy, we haven't been able to sleep at the apartment. Went back on Saturday afternoon and tell them again of that smell and say everything was fine that we could call 911 if we want but there's nothing else they can do. Ask the lady if she could come with me and check the apartment and say she couldn't because she was by herself at the office. Still day 3 after the moving and the issue persist.
Also the stove needs to be replaced, couldn't open the dishwasher there are several holes in the kitchen were mices could show. The fan on the dinning room isn't working. I feel that they just wanted our money and that's it

He conducted himself professionally and demonstrated excellent job knowledge skills in handling the job he is simply exceptional, and I would like to thank Eric and Seneca Village for their assistance.

|Recommended: YesTheee days back most probably the land scraping guy accidentally threw a stone on our window which shattered the glass leaving it in a very dangerous condition for kids.I called the main office immediately and asked them to fix it asap to ensure safety of my toddlers but unfortunately there is no response yet.
|Recommended: YesThis community is home to me and I love the location of my apartment. I would recommend this place for people looking to be close to a shopping area and live environment. Shout out Akram for being helpful.

|Recommended: YesLeasing — Came in a couple of times to go through the leasing process, unfortunately we had to decide on a different location. BUT Tierra in the leasing office was AMAZING, made the entire process effortless and fun. She deserves a raise for the EXCELLENT customer service she presented, thank you so much Ms. T, we’ll hopefully see you soon.
